There are numerous options and advantages to providing additional assistance to the foreign worker after his/her arrival in Canada. Some of these services are optional enhancements. However, some of these services are mandatory for the employer to provide for the employee. To help ensure the success of the recruitment process, for both the employee and the employer, Jobs Leaders offers other additional services. Candidates are presented to companies for consideration only after comprehensive screening for professional and technical qualifications. The recruitment staff at Jobs Leaders conducts personal interviews with each applicant, verifying that the education, training and work experience match the needs of the client companies that we serve.
Thorough background, criminal, and medical checks are carried out. References from former employers are also required to verify good work habits, honesty and good teamwork. Only workers with clear personal histories and positive recommendations are added to our database of qualified professionals.
The success of Jobs Leaders stems from our ability to access a large pool of skilled employees who are highly motivated to relocate to Western countries for career advancement. We also offer personal service to selected candidates, assisting them in obtaining visas and/or channeling their earnings back to their country of origin if desired.

Requirements from Future Employer
To hire foreign workers, an employer needs to submit an application to Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC), or choose the Provincial Nominee Program and submit the applicable forms.
SERVICE CANADA (H.R.S.D.C) – Jobs Leaders works with construction employers and their human resources departments on Alberta Provincial Nominee Program to hire foreign workers as a permanent residence or work to provide Service Canada’s foreign worker unit with the information required for the Labour Market Opinion (LMO) pre-approvals and approvals. Jobs Leaders also co-ordinates with Service Canada to ensure that the necessary documentation is provided to CIC in order to qualify workers for their work permit under the TFWP (Temporary Foreign Work Program).

Employer Skilled Workers Program Information
APPRENTICESHIP INITIATIVES (A.I.T) - Once a construction employer is eligible to hire trade workers from outside of Canada, Jobs Leaders provides the employer with qualified candidates who meet and exceed the minimum required work experience for the trades under Apprenticeship and Industry Training (A.I.T). Our aim is to provide the client experience foreign workers, screened, skill tested with up to date Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) & completed Qualification Certificate Applications for review and selection.
Jobs Leaders feels this sets it apart from the competition, many of which have encountered problems and delays for a large number of their applicants for employment in the Alberta construction industry due to information and documentation which does not meet AIT standards.
Alberta: Due to strict AIT regulations in Alberta regarding the employment of skilled workers most of the skills are compulsory traits, requiring extensive training and testing.
British Colombia and Saskatchewan: Employment regulation standards on the construction trade are mostly optional for many skilled trades; thus, the process of employment is drastically shorter in length and resultantly less costly.
CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION CANADA - The process of application and qualification for temporary work visas once foreign workers have had their work experience verified by AIT still requires a large amount of time and effort.
